I had an unfortunate breakdown of my Tata Harrier while on a family holiday in Goa due to major fuel contamination. It was a very stressful situation, but the team at Tata Service Center, Alcon South Goa handled it exceptionally well. Since the repair couldn’t be completed the same day, the staff helped arrange a safe and reliable vehicle for my family’s return to Bangalore, which was a huge relief. While I was in Bangalore, I received regular updates on the repair progress, fuel replacement, and testing. When I returned to Goa to collect the car, the team ensured proper testing, cleaned the vehicle thoroughly, and took great care of it. During the test drive, when an issue arose due to diesel spillage on the engine causing vapor and smoke once the engine heated up, the technical team immediately addressed it, cleaned the engine thoroughly, and ensured there would be no further smoke. What impressed me the most was their humility, professionalism, and genuine care. Even after I reached Bangalore safely, the team called to check on my return, which truly reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. A big thank you to the entire team.
