I recently had my Tata Harrier repaired, and I want to express my appreciation for Nithin's outstanding service throughout the entire process. From the moment I handed over my car, Nithin was attentive and helpful at every stage, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. After receiving my car back, I noticed a minor sound issue. Nithin was prompt in addressing it and worked diligently to resolve the issue to the best of his ability.
I would also like to mention Aneesh from the insurance department for his assistance and efficiency in handling the insurance aspects of my repair.
Overall, I am pleased with the service provided. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are commendable. While the issue I experienced was addressed, I will continue to monitor the situation and hope for the best.
