I had an exceptional experience with the Tata Service Center in Belagavi and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team. While driving from Goa to Bangalore, my car dashboard suddenly displayed an engine malfunction warning. Since the icon appeared related to engine oil pressure, and online searches suggested it could be a serious issue, I became quite concerned. With my family traveling with me and it already being close to evening, I did not want to take any risks. I decided to take a detour to Belagavi and visited the nearest Tata Service Center. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much assistance because it was already close to closing time. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the response I received. Mr. Riaz patiently listened to my concerns and immediately asked me to bring the vehicle in for inspection. Mr. Sunil and his service team quickly attended to the vehicle, performed a system scan, thoroughly checked all relevant components, reset the system, and confirmed that there was no underlying issue with the car. What impressed me even more was the hospitality shown to my family during the process. The team ensured we were comfortable, offered us seating and water, and treated us with genuine care and professionalism. I cannot express how grateful I am to Mr. Riaz, Mr. Sunil, and the entire service team for their prompt assistance, technical expertise, and customer-first attitude. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a reassuring and positive experience. Thank you for going above and beyond.
