This is a new facility by Muthoot TATA for providing service for light TATA automobiles.
The whole facility is kept clean and well organised. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Customer lounge needs more reading materials and there was no one to turn on the TV as it was plugged out. Attendees were too busy in their morning schedules; no drinking water was provided until 11.00 am.
Rest room needs frequent cleaning; cloth towel provided was pathetic; not washed or cleaned for days!
For Electric vehicles; the final bill for payment has to come from their Kollam head office. Works of my vehicle were finished by 12:00 pm, I waited for another 45 minutes for the bill. When I expressed my disappointment, they let me settle the amount without a final bill.
Maintenance staff were very helpful. The technician/mechanic found time to come to the vehicle delivery area to clear some doubts that I had. The Service Manager was extremely courteous and he even printed for me some charging/driving tips for utmost performance of an Electric vehicle.
Overall, I am very happy with the staff; minor changes will make this facility 10 out of 10!
