I have been servicing my EV since its purchase in 2022. I would like to express my appreciation for the service I received everytime for my EV at this center. The team of Mr Tharnath & Service technican Mr. Praveen promptly attended to my concerns and displayed a high level of professionalism and patience throughout the entire process, which was greatly appreciated. Even though i had unique problems of fast charging failure issues due to earthing. It was reassuring to see how the team handled the situation professionally, ensuring that all aspects of my vehicle were well-addressed. I was impressed by the expertise brought in whenever specialized assistance was required with their connected network of peenya branch, where my vehicle was sent for dismantling for inspection & identified for root cause. Especially, I would like to express my appreciation for Service Manager Tharnath, who consistently kept his promises, promptly took feedback, and demonstrated a genuine understanding of the customer's concerns. He made efforts to address the issues and provided feasible solutions within his capacity However, I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement. While I understand that some vehicle checks difficult for EVs may take time due to new technology, I believe there is room for improvement in speeding up the overall service process. Additionally, for vehicles that need to stay at the service center for an extended period, I kindly request that the vehicle be cleaned occasionally, as it tends to gather a lot of dust due to the center's location on the main road. I hope these suggestions will help further enhance the quality of service. Overall, my experience was positive, and I was impressed with the professionalism and politeness of the hardworking team, who are doing their best to meet the increased demand and volume of vehicles. I look forward to my next visits.
