Tata service is improving a lot, they asked me post service review. Service manager also sent videos of my car getting serviced and clean, engine oil top up, air filter clean etc. so very satisfactory.
I am DCT gearbox so fault lies with manufacturer, it keep showing random transmission failure. I don't know the reason but if you are buying tata car, better go with manual or amt.
