Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Riya Autolink, Sola Bridge

Took my EV car for service and was greeted with service manager Chandresh. It was raining, he just came in and as soon as he sat on his chair, he called me. From the moment I interacted with him about what issues I am facing to the final pick up of the car - the service and attention to detail was impeccable. I told him four things and he made sure that every single one of them is taken care of. One thing he couldn’t fix but took the pictures and said he will email Tata directly. In this age when the service center employees are so busy with a lot of cars coming in and out of the service center, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a great service. Riya is lucky to have an employee like Chandresh. Highly recommend anyone to talk to him directly!
