There are two aspects of this place. One - is very recent experience and the other one is from Oct 2021. In recent times, this place has really grown. It has shown signs of being customer oriented and it js trying to change the image associated with TATA cars and its services. This place is quite aligned with TATA is trying to do in private automobiles space - winning hearts. During my every visit, I see things getting changed for betterment of customer experience. Customer experience includes reducing servicing time, coordinating with customers, updating them about status of work and then following up with feedback. In the old days, when this places was just starting its operations, my experience with vehicle delivery was quite bad, but now I prefer to get my car serviced from here only.
