I had an outstanding experience with Saibaba Tata Service Centre while getting my Tata Harrier serviced. A special mention to Mr. Akash Padale, the service executive who attended to me. Akash is not only highly knowledgeable and talented but also extremely kind and approachable. He quickly identifies any issues and provides effective solutions without delay. What impressed me the most is his commitment even after the service was done. He has always been available for post-service queries, no matter how small, and never hesitated to assist me over the phone or in person, even on short notice. His professionalism and customer-first approach make a real difference. I’m truly happy with the service provided by Saibaba Tata Motors and especially by Akash Padale.
