    I had a great experience at the Tata vehicle showroom. A special mention goes to sales executive Rohan Raikar, who made the visit truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to explain every detail, arrange multiple test drives, and patiently answer all my queries. Rohan’s dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.     Despite some negative reviews here, I had a great experience with some immediate help from the service center and the body shop primarily followed up by Mr.Bhuvesh, the manager here. I came from Hyd to Goa for a vacation last week in my Curvv.ev and had a small accident with a front collision which resulted in the charging port in the front bending inside which was not letting the DC Fast charger's gun to be inserted which was crucial for me to get back to Hyd. After reaching out to the Service Centre's manager (Bhuvesh) who attended my call on a Sunday (non working day) to help resolve my issue so that i can at least travel back. The SC folks attended to my case within few mins of reaching there in the early hours and in the next 2 hours with help of their body shop folks the issue was temporarily fixed for me to be able to go back to Hyd and use the charger properly. Thanks to Bhuvesh to make this easy and understanding the situation.
