From the very first service, they proactively book appointments, often calling to schedule a slot in advance. This thoughtful approach makes the entire process seamless. Additionally, their door delivery service is a great convenience. Recently, when my car faced a battery problem, the team went above and beyond by immediately replacing it with a spare battery while the original was put under observation. Ultimately, they replaced it with a brand-new battery, ensuring minimal disruption to my daily routine. A special mention to M. Karthikeyan, the customer relationship executive, who consistently goes the extra mile to take care of my car.
