As a loyal Harrier customer, I recently underwent my periodic service, and despite the initial inconvenience of all customer advisory staff being occupied, my experience took a positive turn when I encountered the service manager, Mr. Arun. His outstanding, friendly, and responsive demeanor left a lasting impression. The service center itself is remarkably customer-friendly, maintaining a neat and clean environment. Not only did they prioritise my comfort by offering tea, coffee, and water during my wait, but the service advisor who guided me through the completion of my service was exceptionally friendly. He meticulously explained every aspect and went above and beyond, detailing what to anticipate and which components would require replacement during my next scheduled service. Overall, a stellar experience that truly reflects the commitment to excellence at Gokulam Tata service centre Thodupuzha. Five stars without hesitation.
