    I planned to drive from Chennai to Bangalore and experienced drive mode failure and hill descent control failure. Took my car and met Mr Vinod. He informed me that it looks like RAT bite issue and asked me to visit early next morning. Next day Mr Vinod and Mr Sidhart, made sure that my car was rectified at the earliest and tasked two technicians dedicatedly for my car. They started working on it at about 1000hrs and delivered car to me at 1330 hrs so that I can continue with my journey to bangalore. It was a good experience with your team. Wish you all the best.

    I recently gave my car for service. I was promptly updated regarding the problems of my vehicle. I also think that taking vehicles for service based on appointment system is far better than giving false promises. I had a great experience, hope it remains the same !
