My driven car Tata Nano (AMT) had met with accident .Promptly i had called Mr Matheeswaran ( Body shop I/c) . He quickly responded and helped me in the dire situation to get the vehicle to TAFE service centre,Greames Rd . He worked beyond the call off duty therafter, to pursue sourcing spares as the Nano spares were now not in ready production . The case of sourcing was further assisted by Mr Narender ( Body shop advisor) . He was in regular touch with me on the update and progress of repairs and replacement . Finally i'm satisfied customer to get the car fully ready . Kudos to the TAFE team helmed by the Manager for their professional approach .
