Gave a harrier for service. Not a feel good experience. Service advisor reluctantly took the vehicle from me after waiting for 45 min, that too booked 3 days back for pick up and drop service. Pict up never happened so I had to drive to service center. No intimation on what work has been done for 2 days. I had to call and ask. Then I was informed that service was over. After some complaints got it dropped at my place.
4 stars for The CRM Mr. Ram for the response he showed after that.
Good service but could improve on wait times customers waiting in customer lounge must get priority.
