Had major service for my safari storme on Feb 2024. As this is discontinued vehicle the parts are not readily available. Waited for 2 week to get all the parts, Advisor timely informed me the status of the parts, Once all the parts received they started work and as promised its delivered to me. Here the estimation for the parts and service are approximately same so I'm not surprised once I received the Bill. I feel my advisor interacted in a very professional way. Very polite and helpful staff. I went to this service center during my return back to chennai from varkala, with wiper Issue on a rainy day. They have responded very well, guided to the location by sharing the location in WhatsApp and solved my issue within minutes.
