My Safari had a drive control error where the car would not accelerate. I had visited three different service centers earlier, and though clearing the soot temporarily resolved the issue, the problem reappeared after about 150 km each time.
During my last visit to the Mahbubnagar service center, the team accurately diagnosed the exact faulty part and resolved the issue. I truly appreciate the excellent work carried out by everyone—from the technicians to the Service Manager, Mr. Bheema Raju.
Mr. Bheema Raju went above and beyond by arranging another vehicle to test and identify the defective part. Once confirmed, he ensured the new part was ordered under warranty and replaced promptly.
