Wasan Motors workshop had closed down for a very long duration and now have partially restarted since two months. Service building , Reception etc has been kept tidy. Staff is courteous however seemed overstaffed. Could count about 10 staff or more with not much work.
My Service advisor seemed lost and lesser experienced. Car Service was done as per Service chart, however any Customer complaint probably does not get attended. Specifically, my Key Removal issue was not attended . Also, SA had advised certain rate, but Billing section increased rate, which Service advisor was not aware of.
Was surprised to find a Cashier , who does not accept Credit / Debit card. Payment was requested by Google pay. So, does the Cashier justify his Designation ? LOL..
However, my best moments were when the GM ( Mr.Manoj ) came to attend to the customer complaint of Key Removal issue. Well experienced and totally technically sound, he understood the problem and took immediate action to resolve. Many thanks to him.
Overall, good experience and lots of scope for improvement.
Not done a service yet. Went for some niggles in the car. They were very prompt in addressing all my issues.
Among the cleanest and most open Tata Service centers I've seen in Mumbai.
All others I've been to in Mumbai have been in dingy congested places with barely any space to park/move cars.
I plan to get my next major service here.
