Recently got the service done. They had not even changed the oil and had instead just topped it. Had issues relating to coolant which i was assured was fixed. But nothing rectified. Went to get it checked in a local garage and found out the engine oil itself was not changed. And i was charged a big amount for the service. Felt betrayed and was worst service. Just being nice to customers is not enough. Further to the review i had posted, the service team have very promptly made all efforts to contact and solve the issue to the best. I am very glad to find out TATA is making all efforts to prioritise the customers. I am changing my ratings to 5 and continue to expect better experience in future.
