My dad wanted to exchange his old car and we planned to purchase Tata Tiago. We visited Auto Matrix, Bejai and I couldn't be happier with my experience, thanks to Mr. Pratap and Mr. Vikas. The exchange of my old car was also handled very well and provided a good exchange bonus and valuation for my old car was up to my satisfaction. Vikas made the entire process and paperwork seamless and stress-free, ensuring I was comfortable with my decision every step of the way. A big thanks to Pratap for helping me choosing the right variant and getting some essential accessories and under chassis coating. We did the booking at Bejai, Mangalore but wanted the delivery at Surathkal outlet. Pratap made all the necessary arrangements, and the car was ready on time.
