Purchased tata nexon in Dec 2020. Complete door step service. I didnt even visit the showroom even once. Car was home delivered to my adrress :). All my concerns and querries were addressed properly. Even though there is scope for improvement, I am happy with the service. All my interactions were with Prajna and Pramod, who were very polite and professional.
