The details of the contest and its terms & conditions are explained herein below. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before taking part in Colours of Adventure contest. By taking part, the participant agrees to be bound by this terms and conditions. How to Participate in the Contest Willing participants need to share their best colourful hi-res image from their travel in their Tata SUV & the explorer having the best colourful image will be the winner of the contest with Tata motors exclusive gift hamper! Participants must: 1. Upload most colourful travel image with their Tata SUV 2. Can be multiple images, preferably high resolution. 3. Use the hashtag #ColoursOfAdventure 4. Upload the Image on your respective social media accounts 5. TML reserves the right to withdraw/suspend/cancel this contest and amend or modify the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof. Decision of TML with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the contest shall be final and binding on the participants. 3. Gratification The #ColoursOfAdventure contest winner will be announced on 28th March 2021, and will be given Tata Motors Gift Hamper. This gratification offered to the winners of this contest is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged. The winner cannot claim cash in lieu of the gratification. TML reserves the right to ask winners for proof of identity before awarding the gratification to the winners. This would include any one or more of the following: Photo ID PAN card Voting ID Driving License Aadhar Card Birth Certificate Any other Government issued documentation that TML may see fit at the time. If any discrepancy is found with regards to the above documents, TML has the right to completely disqualify the winners and announce alternate winners if required. General rules and regulations All gifts / vouchers will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation as and when applicable. Winners need to bear all govt. taxes like gift tax, road tax, registration and insurance, income tax, local sales tax, VAT, Octroi duties or other taxes and surcharges or any other taxes which might be relevant on the Prize/Gift. By participating in this contest, every participant agrees to allow use of his or her name and /or photograph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.
