Overall its a good service centre. The only thing which needs improvement is the car washing process, maybe through installation of automated car washing or increasing the number of washing bays...

Done my 4th year paid service from this service center and it was good. All my previous services was done in Oberoi motors but its always overbooked on all days and time taken was high. This time I tried here even after seeing all negative comments but want to try once and my experiance was good as my issues with rear wiper motor and door window switch was not working, replaced in no time and free as my nexon is in extended warrenty. Overall time taken for service was 3 hrs and there was not much rush and mechanics can work peacefully, even they takes a test drive with me after doing all work and to check. In time duration am not including washing as it takes more time in all service centers(approx 1 hr more). You can try this service center also.
