Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Dulichand Motors, Baruipur

I recently bought a Tata Nexon from Dulichand Motors and had a good overall experience. My RM, Subrata, was very helpful, shared regular updates, and made the process smooth. They came to know it was my marriage anniversary and arranged a cake during delivery, which was a very nice gesture. However, the promised free accessories were not available at delivery due to stock issues. I’ve been assured they will be provided later. I will update this review once they are delivered.

I had a great experience purchasing my Tata Safari from this showroom. The sales executive, Subrata, was extremely helpful from the very beginning and guided me through all the documentation smoothly. I completed the entire purchase online while staying in Bangalore due to work commitments. All communication happened over WhatsApp with Subrata, and he was always responsive and just a call away whenever needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. There were a few minor issues, such as some promised accessories not being available at the time of delivery, but the team promptly adjusted the bill accordingly. Highly recommended!
