So far, I've had a great experience with Dunac Motor's service department. The staff is polite, listens carefully to customer concerns and provide solution accordingly, and the waiting area is also comfortable. Update 1: Recently, the bumper area of my car was bent, causing difficulty in fully rotating the steering wheel, with the tire getting stuck at times. I arrived at the service station just after the incident. Despite the rush, the management quickly assessed the situation and promptly fixed it. Since I had to drive nearly 100 kilometers with my family, I didn't want to take any risks. This showcased their strong work culture, within 10 Days I had another great experience.
