Recently we purchased a Tata Tiago from Jaika motors-Amravati and here is my honest review on my purchase. Firstly, what a fantastic experience in Tata motors I just feel that my decision of buying tata as my first car is on point and all the credits for this goes to Mr. Abhishek Jadhav Sir , what a honest and kind person he is. Abhishek sir was our salesperson , he is just so good that he explained everything about the car and all the processes with 100% transperency, he honestly suggest about the car and didn't even thought of making money , the buying process was smooth , we got everyday tracking of the car from sir and got fresh piece by tata motors , Abhishek sir never denied our any request he also gave us suggestions about the car buying as we were first time buyers. He honestly told the cons and pros about the car . And I think his personality and honesty was one of the reason for buying the car from tata . I think jaika motors should value these types of employees and especially abhishek sir should be given extra perks. Talking about the car , the car is perfect there was no reason to hate it just felt that it's a perfect car for our family.and delivery dates and process was accurate and amazing and this credit also goes to abhishek sir he accurately told the timeline for our car and gave us very much of discount and free accessories. Talking about the after sales service which mostly people hate about tata , I didn't felt anything lacking in there aftersales service it was on the point as we crashed our new car a little bit on the wall so it's Bonet got bent.we got the car in showroom and abhishek sir and one more employee form there team guided us like a family member and resolved the problem. I mean we felt like a family to them. So , it was 5 star experience for me Thank you so much Jaika Tata Amravati and Abhishek sir for making our first time car buying experience majestic and smooth.Thank you
