Buying my first EV from KB Motors, Ballygaunge, was a bit of a mix bag roller coaster ride. While there were some hiccups during the initial booking and exchange (of my old car) process, the delivery phase was extremely smooth and delightful. I would want to specially mention Kushal who gave me a thorough demonstration of the car not only during the day of delivery but also a couple of days earlier when I went to check the car. His guidance helped me a lot in transforming my driving acumen from ICE to EV. Sourav and Priyashish from the sales team were also very polite and cooperative. Thanks to all.
