    I took delivery of my Tata Nexon Facelift in November 2024 and overall, the experience was quite positive. The booking process was seamless, and the staff (Kiran) remained courteous and supportive throughout. I truly appreciated his transparency and the timely updates during the initial stages. That said, there were a couple of hiccups along the way. The car was billed nearly a month before the actual delivery, which was both surprising and slightly inconvenient. Additionally, I noticed some paint quality issues upon receiving the vehicle. To their credit, Ravi (Service Manager) responded promptly and efficiently. He acknowledged the billing discrepancy and ensured it had no impact on the services promised. The paint concern was also addressed professionally, with the car brought in for polishing without any complications. What stood out to me was his continued commitment—he still provided the free service despite the earlier billing issue. In conclusion, while there were a few minor setbacks, the dealership’s proactive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction made the overall experience a good one. I’d be open to purchasing from them again in the future.
