I purchased our first car from here, and my experience was mostly positive. Although there were issues with the delayed delivery of the vehicle initially, the staff looked into it and followed up until the end. Sales Executive Sumanth was helpful and kept providing regular updates to me, and their higher Manager Tapojyoti was also very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience here and the service provided by them until the handover of the vehicle has been nice.
