Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Kropex Auto, Dairy Circle

I had interaction with Mr. Mukesh reg Tiago XT. He was very well informed about the car and willingly answered all our doubts. We had a test drive and satisfied with the car. But the showroom wanted us to wait for 6 to 8 weeks which was very long for us.. We have to go another agency as they are delivering the car with in 10 days

I booked Tata Nexon XZA+ dt(o) and recently got delivery of it from Kropex Motors. I had a mixed experiences at the start with some minor mixups from thier side. But must say they rectified each and every issue and successfully delivered the vehicle on promised date. I would like to specially thank the Sales Advisor Mr. Tamilarasan for being connected with me at every stage and helping with relevant responses on time. Also would like to thank Mr.Gireesh and Mr Bipin for steping in for resolving those minor issues.
