When it comes to Tata service, we always have different opinions. I used to think a lot before giving it to any service center. I had good experience from corcorde previously.Since it is closed, i was looking for a better place. This time i met service advisor ARUN KUMAR in Kropex. His knowledge and approach completely changed my opinion on Service. I had to change timing belt for nexon for last one year. I tried previously with other TATA motors with no luck. I used to get a response after 2-3 days that part is not available. we will do it next time...etc. But now i met professional service advisor ARUN. He is extremely good. He checked with relevant people on parts availability and work load, then he has given me a commitment to handover my vehicle in 3 days. He did fantabulous job and handed over my vehicle in 2.5 days despite of heavy workload. He himself called and updated everyday the progress.Service advisor like him can certainly bring back the lost glory to Tata service. Proper checks and timely updates is what every customer expects.
