But for us, when we entered, we were welcomed and Mubbarrak, Customer advisor was humble and explained every details, nuances and the differences among the variants patiently. We got a good discount on the vehicle as well as the accessories. At the day of delivery, we were surrounded by everyone congratulating us. I would also like to thank the Showroom's Manager as well, who personally took the time to meet us and ensure that everything went smoothly. His involvement and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as customers and added to the overall positive experience. If I had to point out one area of improvement, it would be that the Billing and Accessories department could do better in terms of efficiency and customer experience. That said, it in no way overshadowed the fantastic support I received from the sales team. While many people often share not-so-great experiences, I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the amazing service and customer-first approach shown by this team.
