Nice..had a good experience overall

My experience with Kropex Sarjapur specifically Sushan(Nagesh Team) was extremely outstanding . I have been in touch with him for last 2-3 months for Tata Nexon facelift and even older versions . Started with Sushan interaction and he was very helpful throughout the process. Sushan is a Gem to this Kropex branch. One incident I remember, I told him that I am busy with my work and I want to swap the card and don’t want to pay through UPI. He visited my house to do it promptly. So basically door step experience. When Tata nexon facelift launched, he was the first among all the dealers to inform me that on 1st Sep nexon Facelift will be unveiled. Each and every time he was clearing my doubts and explaining me new features that was really awesome experience. Due to some circumstances I had to cancel my booking but even though a single call to Sushan and refund amount credited without any single follow up. That’s really great work. Finally Happy customer and all credit goes to Sushan.
