The showroom is well maintained, but the parking is a problem now due to the metro work and their basement parking is not that great. Employees are excellent and good in customer service. Meet the expectation of the commitment provided. Our sales person was Lavanya who happens to be transparent in the communication and very coordinated with the management and customer. There are few areas of improvement like the delivery area and order could be improved based on the customer readiness if there are more than one delivery in a day. Getting a PDI check done by them before delivery(There is one before registration). This will help in avoiding small misses and getting a happy customer reduce one or more stars in rating and feedback. They (TATA and dealerships) could improve their internal matters discussed faster so they can actually reduce the commitment time by 40%(based on my experience). Sales team, finance, RTO team, delivers team all are super cooperative and committed. I was delighted considering what I have heard from my friends. Hope to have this delighted experience throughout our journey with TATA motors. One of the best dealers of TATA in Chennai(I have enquired around with all TATA dealers in Chennai).
