The overall experience was good with Lexus Motors. Sales executive Mr. Joy Bose is a very nice person, and co-operative too. The PUNCH ADVENTURE RYHTHM variant I purchased, Manager and my sales executive Mr. Joy Bose were very co-operative and proactive. The mileage is an issue which I am facing but I am instructed by Mr. Joy regarding how to utilize it to the fullest. Since I am a new buyer, initial days I had many many queries, but he was always there to answer my call and advise. Overall Experience is Good. Hoping for the best with the services lined up.
