I went there to buy a super splender as it provides the best economy for my daily commute. It took me around 3 hours to get the vehicle, overall the experience was good, moreover I bought it with cash, so maybe it was fast because of that, I don't know.. Also I got a helmet as a gift, wow..
One thing to keep in mind, check your vehicle thoroughly before purchasing it because my one had lots of scratches in it, I asked them to replace it and they said, "We will replace it when you come for the Servicing, Right now we are short in extra parts.. "
Don't believe them, because I did and now I am not sure if they will ever replace it or not, or they will blame me instead for the scratches..
Fun Fact : When I show the scratch to the Worker assembling the vehicle, he will gently wipe his finger over the mark and will say, "This is nothing, it is a part of the design"(total denial). And he will rub his finger with more force next time in an attempt to get the mark off with the grease in his finger..
And there were some deep scratches which were out of his area of expertise to get off easily, and for such scratches he added, "This scratch, this scratch is nothing, but for your satisfaction I have talked with the manager, and he has agreed to replace it"(which is a lie). Then I told him that he was lying, He raised his voice and said, " You don't believe me,Come with me"...So I walked with him and as soon as we were about to reach the door to the manager's office he said, "Do one thing I will talk to the manager later and you will get your parts replaced as promised"..π...
So keep an eye on such kind behaviours.π
At last, " Sah khabole kiba ata diba dei bhaiti "...
Lesson learnt : " Don't believe anyone when it comes to the employees of the Dealership "
