Tata is not just a brand, it's the emotion of nation on and by the work done by sir Ratan Tata je and with the call for Local for Vocal by our PM sir and yes of course safety over millage as family matters 😀 forced me to Add only and only Nexon(Naxi) to my family ..Now coming to Tata showroom Balasore . First of all Mrs starlin Behera Madam is very professional and hardworking with down to the earth person as she resolved all the issue with a stipulated time period which is very much important in coustmer and company relationships ..starting from book to the final cake cut she is so helpful and co-orporative .. specially I want to mentioned that even after 15 days of booking she on my request basic change the colour and make sure the vehicle is available within the time limit with the requested colour .for this 5 out of 5. And being a defence person and posted in remote area of Kerela she naver let me feel that and helped me within and beyond her limit with the approval of her senior. So overall it was a wonderful experience with tata motors Balasore and i really thanks mrs startlin Behera mam and all the smart and hardworking staff of tata Balasore for making my purchase so easy and building trust between us . 5 star not only for Nexon but also for the Harding working and welly professional staff of tata Balasore..
