SGA motors showroom is located conveniently on the main road. They sell Tata EVs in addition to petrol and diesel vehicles. Staff is very knowledgeable regarding the technology of EVs, and maintenance and service aspects as well. They answer all questions the customer might have when purchasing an EV. Support from sales staff Mr. Vinith and Mr Vengadesh throughout the purchase process was great. They made the process smooth and quick, with delivery timelines also very clear. I'm very happy with the sales team. After delivery support from the sales team has also been good. I would have given a 5 star rating. But 1 star has been reduced since we get frequent calls to dispute honest feedback provided to the customer feedback team. This team requested feedback 2-3 days after delivery when aspects like number plates and fastag was not completed due to RTO process. The feedback required us to answer questions related to this. It seems the feedback team is out of sync with the sales team, since they're asking for "experience with installation of fastag and number plates" when this process usually takes 1 week to complete. They should be made aware of the post delivery procedures as well. Afterwards we are get up to 3 calls a day to discuss the feedback. This is borderline harassment and should be addressed by the management.

Took tata altroz xm. Mr.Kiran sales representative was very good. He know what exactly a customer requirement. He explained each and everything and having very good product knowledge. Expected Car delivery was delayed due to loan process & holidays ( that is not showroom's mistake ) apart from that all things was satisfied. I recommend to buy tata car in singanallur tata showroom. I give 5 out of 5 to Mr.Kiran
