I was very sceptical when i decided to take Tata Harrier from Urs Kar due to some of the customer feedback. But to my surprise it was a great experience for me and family. We are grateful to the staff who made the process a memorable experience in this pandemic situation. First i registered with Tata website and i didn't get any confirmation regarding test drive. I directly called the dealership and within 10 minutes they assigned an Executive - Mr. Muzamil for my test drive. He was on time on the day of Test drive with the Top End Manual model. I decided to go ahead with Harrier- Automatic variant and shared my possible dates with him to go ahead with the booking. He said that the waiting period is 30- 40 days suggested to do the booking by March 20th, we did the booking and payment on that day itself. Even though there was a delay in getting Harrier Automatic Test vechile he arranged me test drive for Safari and Harrier which i appreciate from my heart because i am not used to AT vechiles. As committed, the vechile was in Mysore on time. Mr. Raghvendra meticulosly processed the loan and got process completed in three days. Finally the vechile was delivered by Mr. Muzamil on 23rd April at my home due to pandemic situation. As a genuine customer, i raised my concern with respect to delivery and they assured that they will deliver it before 25th April eventhough there can be delay due to the current situation. Overall it was a great experience for me and family with Urs Kar. Thanks for Mr. Muzamil , Mr. Raghvendra and other Urs Kar staff for their professionalism and commitment. I wish the best for all of you and would like you to maintain it.
