Easy to reach location. Showroom staff was very attentive. We went there for service. Service staff needs improvement, a little more attentive to the details. Overall good experience.

I visited Tata Motors showroom and service centre recently and overall it was a mixed experience. The staff was polite and the repair quality was good, but the process was slower than expected and updates were not very clear. The showroom itself is well maintained and the cars are displayed neatly, which makes it easy to explore options like Punch, Nexon and others. One issue I noticed is that the Google Maps location is slightly confusing, especially when finding the exact entrance. If Tata Motors improves their customer follow-up and speeds up the service process, the experience would be much better. Still, it’s a reliable place for buying and servicing Tata cars with decent value for money.
