I would like to give my sincere appreciation to Mr. Abhiprabha from Tata Taliparamba for his excellent support and dedication throughout my vehicle purchase process. Initially, I was planning to take delivery of the vehicle from Mysore. However, when I contacted Abhi, he assured me that if I made the full payment, he would arrange immediate delivery. From that point onwards, he coordinated everything very efficiently. Abhi took special effort to coordinate with the bank team and helped arrange all the required documents quickly. Thanks to his support and the cooperation from the bank, the process moved very fast. The only delay occurred during the RTO approval process, as there were some issues uploading the documents to the Vahan Parivahan portal from Friday onwards. Despite it being Sunday, Abhi made extra effort to follow up and ensured that the vehicle delivery was arranged on time as he had promised. His dedication, commitment, and customer support are truly commendable. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Shohib, who supported the process even beyond his working hours. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided by Tata Motors, especially the outstanding dedication and professionalism shown by Abhi.
