I recently purchased a Tata Tiago EV, and my experience with the dealership from beginning to end was excellent. The entire team was very cooperative, provided clear explanations, and arranged the test drive smoothly. This is my first Tata car, and I’m truly impressed with Tata’s build quality. As someone who wants to be environmentally responsible, choosing an EV feels like my small but meaningful step toward emission control. The staff maintained positive communication throughout the process, and their hospitality and behavior on the delivery day made the occasion truly special and memorable. A special mention to Sheeja, who did a fantastic job. I’m very impressed with her dedication, professionalism, and support during the entire purchase process.
