I recently had my car serviced at Tata Motors service center phase 1 Panchkula and had a very good experience. The service advisor Mr. Mansimran Singh was very professional, polite, and explained all the work clearly before starting the service. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done properly. I would also like to appreciate the service manager for maintaining such a well-organized service team. The overall service was smooth, transparent, and completed on time. My car was delivered clean and running perfectly. Thanks to Manger Mr. M.N. Suri he is very good in solving problems. My car met with small hit nd got damaged little from front i visited to body shop in charge for insurance as I have insurance from Tata motors but he denied for cashless claim then I visit to manager saab nd he solve the problem. So im thankful to him.
