I am visiting this service center since past 1.5 years. Always use to contact the service advisor Sunny who listens to our problems carefully and fix them while delivering back to us. He was very polite, humble, and helpful throughout the process. Had a really good experience with the car service. The ceramic booster coating looks awesome and has made a noticeable difference. I also faced an issue with my car’s 12V battery twice. It took about a week, but he made sure the battery was replaced under warranty and kept the process smooth. There are one or two very minor issues, but nothing major and they can be addressed later. Overall, I’m happy with the service and especially appreciate Sunny’s professionalism and support. Thank you, Sunny, for taking care of everything! Also, Mohana garu was extremely helpful and had a great conversation with me when my car had stopped. She guided me to bring the car to the service center and promptly provided the RSA number. I really appreciate her support and helpfulness. Last but not least, Umer, the technician, deserves a special mention. He helped fix all the issues patiently and without any hesitation. He is such a wonderful and kind person, and I truly appreciate his dedication and support.

Nice 👍
