Hello everyone, Actually, I am changing my rating based on my recent experience. I own a Tata Safari and have been regularly getting my vehicle serviced here. I have visited this service center almost 18–20 times, and over the years, I have seen many changes here. Earlier, my rating was even 1 star, but during my last three visits, I changed my rating to 5 stars because I received excellent service from a particular advisor. In my experience, even if you approach the GM, SM, CRM, or management level, sometimes it does not make much difference and can become more of a headache for the customer. But if you get the right advisor from the beginning, the entire service experience becomes smooth. A good advisor plays a very important role—from properly attending the vehicle, giving regular updates, explaining the work, and following up with the customer, to tracking ordered parts and ensuring everything is completed on time. All of this makes a huge difference. For my last three visits, I was genuinely surprised by how much the service experience had improved. Whenever I visit with my Safari, the team now knows me by name and says, “Akram, please contact him.” He is extremely helpful and always keeps me updated. Thank you so much, Akram, for your efforts and for providing such a great customer experience. I keep visiting this service center again and again mainly because of the excellent service provided by Akram. Excellent service provided by Akram. Highly appreciated!

Had a good experience with my Tata Sierra’s 2nd service. The service manager was quick, responsive, and very friendly throughout the process. He was attentive to my concerns and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free service experience.
