    I recently took my Harrier EV to the Venkata Ramana service center, and I was extremely impressed by the resolution of the issues that were previously left unfixed elsewhere. The difference in service was due to Aleem, the assigned technician. He demonstrated great ownership and customer obsession. Aleem carefully listened to every issue I mentioned and discussed a detailed plan for fixing them. He resolved most of the issues within just a few hours.
