TATA.CARS Service Centre - Rising Auto Wheels, Ranchi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Experience at Tata Motors Service Center I had a very good experience with the service provided at Rising Tata Motors Service Center, near Sahu & Sons, Katahal More. The overall service was excellent, quick, and well managed. The service was completed in less time than expected, which I really appreciated. The Service Advisor and Manager were very polite, supportive, and professional throughout the process. Their good behaviour and prompt response made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. 👍 Positive Points: • Excellent and timely service • Less waiting time • Polite and professional Service Advisor • Supportive and well-behaved Manager • Overall very good customer experience 🔧 Areas for Improvement: • The car washing section currently has only one person, which can sometimes cause delays. Adding 2–3 staff members would make the washing process smoother and faster. • The service center space is a little small. Increasing the available space would improve customer convenience and overall operations. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate the efforts of Manager for smooth operation. Keep up the good work! 👍 Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
