TATA.CARS Showroom - Derik Motors, Neeramankara

I had a very disappointing experience with another popular Tata dealership in Kerala, mainly due to a lack of transparency and promises that were not properly honoured. Because of that, I cancelled my booking and decided to book my Tata Sierra EV from Derik, Trivandrum I was fortunate to have Vipin as my Sales Executive, and my experience with him was completely different. From the beginning, Vipin was very transparent, professional, responsive, and kept me regularly updated about the booking, vehicle status, and delivery. He was also very quick in getting the car delivered, which I really appreciated. I specifically wanted to take delivery on a weekend, and Vipin had absolutely no hesitation in accommodating my request. He personally came in and made sure everything went smoothly. His willingness to go the extra mile for the customer is truly commendable. Vipin definitely deserves this appreciation. If anyone is planning to buy a Tata vehicle from Derik, Trivandrum, I would definitely recommend Vipin as a Sales Executive. His transparency and customer-focused approach really made a difference. One area where I feel Derik can improve is the delivery experience. The car unveiling cover looked quite old, and the delivery pavilion could be much better maintained and designed. Since the area is also visible from the public road, a more private and presentable delivery space would make the occasion feel much more special for customers. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Derik, especially because of Vipin. Thank you, Vipin, for your professionalism, transparency, and for making my Sierra EV delivery a memorable experience!

(Translated by Google) I had a great experience with Derik Motors. They were able to deliver the vehicle within a month and a half of booking the Tata Punch EV. Although I did not get the color I requested, I am completely satisfied with the vehicle. The delivery was on Chingam 3. Since the showroom was very busy that day, I noticed sticker marks on the sides of the door and two small scratches. However, when the vehicle was delivered on September 2 after Onam, the sales advisor Sujin took the initiative and completely resolved those issues. His sincerity in listening to the complaints of the customers and resolving them is something to be noted. Such employees are a great asset to the growth of an organization. And a special thank you to Sujith GS who explained the accessories very clearly. My heartfelt congratulations to Derik Motors and Sujin!
