TATA.CARS Showroom - Jagdish Automotive, Lasudiya Mori

Grt experience 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service Experience for My Tata Nexon at Jagdish Automotive, Indore! Special Thanks to Sonu Malviya! I recently got the 3rd service completed for my Tata Nexon at Jagdish Automotive, and I am genuinely blown away by the exceptional level of care, technical professionalism, and hospitality provided by the team! A very special shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Sonu Malviya, who served as my service advisor. From the moment I stepped into the workshop, Sonu ensured that the entire process was seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. Here are a few reasons why Sonu Malviya and the Jagdish Automotive team stand out: * Customer-Centric & Transparent Approach: Sonu took the time to explain the entire scope of the 3rd free service work. He carefully walked me through each line item on the job card and proforma invoice, clarifying every single part, fluid change, and mechanical inspection before work began. * Deep Technical Knowledge & Attention to Detail: My Nexon has only covered around 6,500 kms, and Sonu made sure the vehicle received precise attention tailored to its condition. From ensuring proper synthetic engine oil replacement and filter upgrades to overseeing critical checks on the brake system and front suspension components, his attention to detail was top-tier. * Proactive Communication: Service centers can often leave you guessing, but Sonu kept me updated throughout the process. He answered all my queries patiently, provided realistic timelines, and made sure the car was ready on time as promised. * Flawless Delivery & Driving Feel: When I took delivery of the car, it felt as smooth, quiet, and refined as the day I drove it out of the showroom! The engine response is buttery smooth, the cabin air is fresh, and the driving dynamics are absolute perfection. It is rare to find a service advisor who genuinely cares about both the vehicle and the customer’s satisfaction as much as Sonu Malviya does. He embodies what true customer care should look like in the automotive industry. If you own a Tata car in Indore and want a hassle-free, honest, and high-quality workshop experience, I highly recommend visiting Jagdish Automotive and asking for Sonu Malviya! Thank you once again, Sonu, and the entire Jagdish Automotive technical team for taking such brilliant care of my Nexon! Keep up the phenomenal work! 🚘✨🔥
