TATA.CARS Showroom - Metro Motors, Ambala

*THIS IS NOT A DEALERSHIP REVIEW* This review is purely about the service centre at Metro Motors, and most importantly, about one particular person — Mr. Gurvinder Singh. Mr. Gurvinder is a true gentleman who knows his work exceptionally well. For anyone who feels that Tata Motors service centres don’t provide good support, I would genuinely recommend visiting Metro Motors and meeting Mr. Gurvinder Singh. My car has unfortunately been involved in two accidents, and the way Mr. Gurvinder supported me throughout both situations was simply beyond expectations. His professionalism, understanding, and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier for me. I must say that Mr. Gurvinder Singh is truly an asset to the company. In fact, I sometimes worry — what if he ever leaves? 😅 I have become so accustomed to this level of support and service from Tata Motors that I honestly wonder how I would manage to get the same level of care from someone else. People like him are what make customers trust and stay with a brand. A big thank you to Mr. Gurvinder Singh for always being there when it mattered.
