Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Adishakti Cars, Avaragere

Nothing good

One of the best Tata Service centres I've visited ever. We got the car serviced in Bangalore and wear travelling to Gokarna and our vehicle broke down on the way, called up the service centre in Davangere as it was the nearest. Mr. Parashuram (the owner-apologies if I'm writing the wrong name, this is what I heard) was very very helpful, he immediately assigned our car to Aneesh and Naveen who went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. We were getting late to reach our designation and both Naveen And Aneesh understood our urgency. They were on their toes for the next 2 hours and you everything fixed and made sure that we don't face troubles any further. They also got our car cleaned. After 15 minutes, i got a call from Mr. Owner to check if we were satisfied with the services provided. Great service Sir! Can't express how grateful we are for the support you provided. If it weren't for you people, we wear going to cancel the trip. Thanks a lot for saving the day. Kudos to the team!!!
